Dining at Lucky Card Parlour
Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and during poker nights, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability. You can reserve by phone at +61 453 928 671or email [email protected]. For groups larger than 6, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance.
We serve modern Australian cuisine with a focus on share plates, hearty mains, and desserts, all designed to complement a social evening of cards. The menu changes seasonally, and vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
Yes, our current menu is available on the Dining page, and you can also ask our staff for recommendations when you arrive.
Absolutely. Please inform our staff of any allergies or dietary needs when booking or upon arrival, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Offline Poker Sessions
Not at all! We welcome beginners and offer friendly guidance. Our sessions are social and relaxed, and our hosts are happy to explain the basics before you sit down. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for a quick orientation. No experience is necessary.
Our card lounge is a friendly, respectful space. Please be courteous to other players, avoid distracting behaviour, and follow the host's guidance. Keep phones on silent and refrain from discussing hands in play. Treat chips and cards with care, and please do not bring outside food or drinks to the poker tables.
Yes, all our poker sessions are free to join. We simply ask that you enjoy a meal or a drink while you play to support the venue.
Sessions typically run for 2-3 hours, but you're welcome to come and go as you please. Check our Poker Sessions page for the schedule.
We provide all the cards and chips you need. Outside equipment is not necessary, but you're welcome to bring your lucky card protector!
Private Gatherings
We host birthdays, corporate events, team building, and social card nights. Our space can be tailored to your group size and preferences. We can arrange dedicated poker tables for your event, and custom menus are available.

We can accommodate groups as small as 6 and as large as 50. For larger groups, please contact us to discuss options.
Visiting Lucky Card Parlour
We're at 1 Macquarie Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia. We're a short walk from Central Station and have nearby parking options. Look for the bright terracotta sign with the spade-fork logo.
We're open Tuesday to Sunday from 5pm until late. We're closed on Mondays, except for private events.
Yes, our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, including the card lounge and restrooms.
There is metered street parking on Macquarie Street and a public parking garage within a 5-minute walk.
